Golf Reservation Policies

• Town residents can make a reservation 7 days in advance
• Non- resident can make a reservation 5 days in advance
• Golfers can reserve one foursome per day
• Golfer must check in at least a 1/2 hour before tee time
• Golf reservations are $4 per player
• Holbrook C.C. is closed on Tuesdays
• Brentwood C.C. is closed on Mondays

Cancellation & No Show Policy

• After booking a reservation a confirmation will be e-mailed to you
• If you need to cancel or modify your reservation log back into system to make appropriate changes

Cancellations

• 24 hours in advance on web site
• Day of, call pro-shop 6 hours before scheduled time
• NO SHOWS & SHORT SHOWS:
  • You can cancel or modify your booking up to six hours prior to the scheduled time with no penalty.
  • If you cancel within the six-hour window and the number of no-shows exceeds four players, your account will be flagged and taken offline for one month.
  • Fees: You will be responsible for the Greens fee and booking fee associated with that particular reservation. If you fail to show up or cancel outside the allowed window, you may still be charged these fees as a penalty. The fee is determined by the time and day of the booking.
• Your account will be IN-ACTIVE till your no-show fees are paid at the pro-shop
